wanderer by adam parry

 he became strange

stood about streets

while the people passed and posed

surprised by the old guy

staring into space

they never saw the starlings dive

A cold wind by Adam Parry

It comes on the wind left
Footprints and strands of hair
It came on the new wind and
Took so many away.

When did life become
 so hindered by dirty snow?
When did the wind blow down that chimney?
Left the hearses engines running and a robin in the gutter. It came on the wind and wiped out a multiverse of minds' imaginations.

But the cruel wind kills and flows on, through sadness and fear and has no choice to take and take and take.
The wind though hasn't taken me away and maybe it'll take a lot more years to blow me down.

Holding the Vision

A glimmer within
a glimpse of gold
a new thought opening to be told
wings unfolding
envying striations of the
new mornings light
leaving behind memories
sloughing of skin
gold gleaming I reach a fistful air
and climb a ladder
to a new unknowable place
untrammeled and half-recalled.

Ancient Artifacts

One of my dear friends up here in the magical North-east has begun his own business selling jewelry and various miniatures of different other worldly creatures, he is working hard, and has made some short swords and daggers. All of his work can be found on e-bay under the name of his business, Ancient Artifacts. I urge you to look for the work of this hard-working, versatile craftsman. Thanks.
