Diamonds
a poem

That I would be rarer than a diamond
tho’ we are all rarer
than diamonds, rarer than yesterday,
rarer than an ice-burg of diamonds, or a resplendent
sky-scraper
upon the sea - a uninhabited island rarer than me.
